Many of you asked, "What’s an AI-Native product?"
Let's clarify.
When we say "AI-Native," we mean a product built from the ground up with AI at its core. Without AI, it wouldn’t function. It’s not Gmail with AI-suggested replies, and it’s not a chatbot hooked up to your existing SaaS.
Let’s make two examples:
A consumer app - a virtual study companion that analyses your exam notes, quizzes you interactively, and poses challenging questions to ensure deep comprehension. As you train with it, the tutor adapts to your learning pace, scores your answers, and provides feedback on how you can improve and pinpoints areas that need further review.
A business app - an autonomous HR agent who periodically checks in with your staff via your company’s messaging platform, or even email. It covers everything from a simple “how’s your week been?” pulse check, to gathering more formal feedback on topics like work-life balance, career development, company policies, team collaboration - the list goes on. The agent goes about its work, updating everyone’s HR file, raising red flags if needed and preparing and sharing reports proactively. And nobody in the HR team has to login and operate an “old school” HR platform to get the insight they need..
So, when we say we're in the business of creating AI-Native products at Nimbl, this is what we're talking about. Some innovation shifts are bigger than others, and this is one of them.
