About SalesPen
SalesPen is a cool tool for salespeople. It lets you speak your notes instead of typing them, and then turns your words into text. This makes things really quick and easy, especially when you're on the go. Plus, you don't even need to download an app to use it - you can just use your phone. SalesPen also cares a lot about keeping your information private, so you don't have to worry about your notes being shared without your permission - however, you are able to share each note with your sales colleagues.
Here's how it works:
1. Call either +45 54 54 38 39 (Denmark) or +1 201 5100 515 (USA).
2. The call automatically goes to voicemail - now leave your sales notes.
For example, 'I visited Company ABC, we agreed that I should return in 3 months, as the timing would be better for their projects. Remind me to bring Christina to the next meeting, as he is a decision-maker, and that I should send an email tomorrow with prices. The meeting took place in Aarhus on December 5th, 2023.'
3. After 60 seconds, you will receive an SMS with a personal link.
4. Click the link and validate access to the note by entering the last four digits of your phone number.
5. Now you will have access to your note, which can be copied or shared.
